Dr. Neil Schwartz, D.C
Dr. Neil Schwartz was born in Baltimore, MD. He moved to Atlanta, GA in 1992 to attend Life University. He graduated from Life University of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia in June 1997.
Family Life
Dr. Neil is married to Stacey and they have four children: Jarrett (married to Kiersten), Taylor (married to Madison), Lizzie and Payton. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and following his beloved Chicago Bears.
Chiropractic Practice
Dr. Schwartz began his chiropractic career as an associate in Macon, GA. In April 1999, he opened Chiropractic Care and Rehabilitation; he is licensed in the state of Georgia and has been a member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association since 1998.
Dr. Schwartz also speaks on various health topics throughout the community and attends seminars each year to further his expertise and better treat his patients.
Tom Mcalister, Accounts Manager

· Been working for Chiropractic Care and Rehabilitation as accounts manager for the past 8 years.
· Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain new patients’ eligibility and benefits.
· Responsible for managing, updating, and ensuring all patients’ financial records are up to date and accurate.
· Transpose the Explanation of Benefits financial information onto patients account.
· Address any problems that may arise on any account.
· Resolves and issues identified by insurance companies on Explanation of Benefits.
· Maintain our medical software with the latest updates/revisions
· Work and billing rejects that do not pass through our billing clearing house.
· Successful in maintaining long-term relationships.

Tiffany Warren, LMT
Tiffany has lived in Warner Robins, GA most of her life. She graduated from American Professional Institute for massage therapy in 2007. After working in a local day spa for 2 years, she started working at Chiropractic Care and Rehabilitation. She has been a therapist here for 10 years.
Massage therapy has become Tiffany’s greatest passion in life and will always make sure you feel better than when you came in. She specializes in trigger point therapy and A.R.T (active release techniques) which help to restore range of motion and release tight muscles. Outside of work she enjoys movies, football, and spending time with friends and family.
Kim Solomon, LMT
Kim has been a therapist since 2005. She received her education from American Professional Institute. She specializes in cupping. Kim has provided care for 10 years in therapeutic massage. She makes sure she tailors the massage to each individual’s needs.
